Several people that had held successful home sale events wer on with us! 
One couple had over 100 (YES, ONE HUNDRED) people at their sale and
received several viable offers. 

Ask your favorite Realtor the last time they had 100 people show up
for an Open House.

Another lady sold her home at her sale last weekend.  Oh yeah…
it had been listed on the MLS for over 3 years!  She held a
successful event and sold her house in a manner of weeks.

Why does the Big, Bad Home Sale work?
