Home sales hit their slowest pace in 5 years (but NOT for YOU!)

According to the National Association of Realtors,sales of existing homes dropped another 0.2 percent in July, compared to June.

In addition, the median price of a home plummeted 0.6 percent from the median price a year ago.  The 12th consecutive month that home prices have declined (a new record). source: yahoo news.
